I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - close to the old city center, OTOP center, and the night market. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Lastly, the rooms on the third floor were clean, well-maintained, and provided all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

During our Christmas holiday, we had a comfortable stay at a new and clean hotel. The location was excellent, with plenty of attractions and a night market within walking distance or easily accessible by bicycle, which the hotel kindly provided for free. We appreciated the friendly and kind staff, who were always willing to help. Plus, the hotel offered a free airport shuttle, which saved us some money and hassle.
The breakfast was a letdown. The limited options didn't cater to our Muslim friends, and the food wasn't served hot.

It felt safe to ride around, and I discovered many good coffee cafes and eateries. the hotel offered a complimentary ride to the airport, greatly appreciated.

the only good thing about it was that they had free breakfast and offered free water bottles in the room. it was located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to some attractions. One more advantage was that it had a nice rooftop view.
The hotel lacked cleanliness and the rooms gave off a musty smell. the bathroom was not well-maintained and I encountered problems with the hot water.
